About Me

Adrian Shepherd is Asia’s #1 Time Management Expert and the creator of the One-Bite Time Management System.

Adrian started out his career teaching English at a small school in Japan, but quickly realized the limitations of a 9-to-5 job. That sent him down the entrepreneurial path where he got involved in franchises, multi-level marketing, partnerships, and Joint Ventures. Those experiences made him realize that regardless of our industry or profession, one constant for success remained: time.

“Unless we master time, we will always be at its mercy.”

However, it wasn’t until a close friend, the owner of a multimillion dollar corporation, suffered serious health issues from his lifestyle that he decided something had to be done. He bought every book, audio program and DVD training on personal development and time management on the market in hopes of finding answers. He found that while the time management programs available are effective, most of them required people to learn a whole new system, the equivalent of going “cold turkey” on their lifestyle. The result: few people ever succeed in changing their lives. Adrian wanted to develop a program that people could implement step-by-step, achieving maximum results in minimum time, completely stress-free.

He knew from his background in education that the key to success in learning anything is breaking things down into simple, understandable concepts that people can grasp easily. He went on to develop The One-Bite Time Management System (TMS), a revolutionary new system based entirely around simplicity: small bites that people can digest easily.

He has worked with corporations such as Panasonic and Komatsu, and is based in Osaka, Japan. Today, Adrian uses his knowledge of time management to transform businesses and change people’s lives.
